A comprehensive course is aimed at engineers looking to pursue or further their career in the commercial catering industry on installation and gas-powered appliances.

ACS gas reassessments for experienced gas engineers looking to renew their catering gas certificates or add additional elements to their certificates. Please select elements at time of booking.

This two day course will equip service technicians with the knowledge to confidently test and purge pipework over 35mm in foodservice environments.

A 5-day bootcamp designed to build on existing knowledge and equip domestic gas engineers with the skills required to confidently work in a commercial kitchen environment. Training is suitable for existing domestic gas engineers.

This is a one-day refresher training that provides the gas operative with the necessary preparation and revision material to confidently undertake their ACS re-assessment for catering natural gas. This can either be scheduled in the run up to your ACS reassessment or as an interim refresher to polish your skills and knowledge.

A three day course which provides the best technical insight into the Rational SCC units. The course covers routine maintenance and fault finding for both gas and electric appliances.

A one day training course designed for engineers who have previously attended a full basic training and are wishing to update their technical knowledge on the new iCombi from Rational. (confirmation of prior training will be required)

A two day course which provides the best technical insight into the Rational VCC units.

A two day course that will give a comprehensive insight into undercounter and hood dishwashers. To improve First Time Fix levels and prolong equipment service life.

A one day course on the Merrychef microwave ovens providing technological understanding, safety requirements including microwave functions, service level access and passwords.

A two day course focusing on both the installation and maintenance of MKN's range of combination ovens.

This course will provide the engineers with a good understanding of how the MKN Flexichef works, and a deep understanding on the maintainance procedure. A full service of a V3 Flexichef will be completed during the training. Engineers that have attended this course will be provided access to the MKN service portal.

A two day City & Guilds Accredited course which covers safe isolation, testing and measuring, circuit protection, fundamentals of electricity, and how to perform tasks safely and competently.
