ACS: Testing & Purging for Large Pipework

The Testing and Purging Training Course can be taken as a separate qualification, or alternatively can be added to Parts Town UK's ACS Gas Training Qualification. Training is delivered by a team professional trainers who have many years of experience in the commercial catering equipment industry.

Description

This qualification includes TPCP1A which will allow a successful candidate to work on Natural Gas installations that fit the following criteria (sufficient for most commercial catering kitchens): 

  • Installation Volumes over 0.035m3 up to 1m3
  • Pipework over 35mm up to 150mm

For pipework over these upper limits, a technician would be required to hold TPCP1 which can be added as an additional element when booking.

Prerequisites

Candidates must hold valid ACS qualifications for a minimum of 12 months before extending scope to include testing & purging. You will receive a separate email from our training team to validate your prerequisites.
