Terms and Conditions

The below terms & conditions apply to all bookings unless otherwise stated.

A cancellation fee of 100% applies for cancellations made less than 1 working day in advance, or in the case of a no-show.
A cancellation fee of 50 % applies for cancellations made less than 5 working days in advance.
A cancellation fee of 10% applies for cancellations made less than 15 working days in advance.
We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule a course by providing a minimum of 21 days’ notice if the minimum course attendees are not met. In this respect you will receive a 100% refund or full credit for the next available course. Please bear this in mind when making travel and hotel arrangements with no cancellation policies.

Substitutions of participants are permitted at any time up to 24 hours before the course start date. The training centre must be notified in writing with the full details of the substitute participant.
There is no additional charge for substitutions, but the substitute must meet any prerequisites for the course.

Full payment is required prior to the start of the training course under the following conditions:
Proformas – pay within 7 days of booking the course to confirm place, or before course starts if they book a course that starts before the usual 7-day period.
Credit customers – payment is due 10 days before course.

This complimentary accommodation offer applies only to candidates enrolled on our Managed Learning Programme (MLP), which consists of three training weeks delivered over a three-month period (one week per month).
The offer is valid for a limited time and may be amended or withdrawn at any point.

Candidates must be fully booked onto the MLP at least 40 days prior to the programme start date to qualify for the complimentary hotel accommodation.
Bookings made fewer than 40 days before the start date will not be eligible.

Complimentary hotel accommodation will be provided from Monday night through to Thursday night for each scheduled training week.
Accommodation covers room only stay; any additional charges (e.g., meals, parking, upgrades, incidentals) remain the responsibility of the candidate.
Hotel selection, room type, and location will be arranged by our team and are subject to availability.

If a candidate cancels their course booking within 40 days of the programme start date, they will be charged the full cost of the accommodation for the first training week.
Nonattendance (no show ) will also result in the full accommodation cost being charged.
Requests to change training dates within 40 days of the programme start date will be treated as a cancellation and will trigger the applicable accommodation charges.
Re booking onto a later programme will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to eligibility criteria at that time.

Candidates must comply with all hotel policies during their stay.
Any charges incurred due to misconduct, damage, or policy breaches will be passed on to the candidate.

If a candidate withdraws from the programme after accommodation has been booked, accommodation costs for any affected training weeks will be invoiced to the candidate.
