Terms and conditions

1. Cancellation Policy

• A cancellation fee of 100% applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in the case of a no-show.
• A cancellation fee of 50 % applies for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
• A cancellation fee of 10% applies for cancellations made less than 21 days in advance.
• We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule a course by providing a minimum of 21 days’ notice if the minimum course attendees are not met. In this respect you will receive a 100% refund or full credit for the next available course. Please bear this in mind when making travel and hotel arrangements with no cancellation policies.

2. Substitutions

• Substitutions of participants are permitted at any time up to 24 hours before the course start date. The training centre must be notified in writing with the full details of the substitute participant.
• There is no additional charge for substitutions, but the substitute must meet any prerequisites for the course.

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required prior to the start of the training course under the following conditions:
• Proformas – pay within 7 days of booking the course to confirm place, or before course starts if they book a course that starts before the usual 7-day period.
• Credit customers – payment is due 10 days before course.
