Domestic to Catering Bootcamp

A 5-day bootcamp designed to build on existing knowledge and equip domestic gas engineers with the skills required to confidently work in a commercial kitchen environment. Training is suitable for existing domestic gas engineers.

Description

A 1-week bootcamp designed to build upon prior knowledge and equip the domestic gas engineer to be competent working in the commercial kitchen environment.

The bootcamp will consist of 3 days of training before sitting initial assessments for:

 

  • CCCN1 (commercial catering core)
  • COMCATs 1, 3, & 5 (commercial catering appliances, ranges, fryers, and combi-ovens)

Prerequisites

Candidates must hold valid domestic gas certificates and have been Gas Safe Registered for a minimum of 12 months
